     SALE  INFORMATION

We sell our bulls by private treaty.  Our bulls have excellent disposition and low to moderate birth weights.  Our cows and heifers are required to do it on their own much of the time, and we simply cannot afford to have calving issues. Our bulls represent the top cut of the calf crop from our registered herd.  They are raised on their dams – without creep – just grass, hay and milk.  After weaning the bulls are developed during the summer on native and brome pastures.  During the fall and winter, in addition to pasture and native hay, the bulls are fed a grain/protein ration. They are managed to gain 2.5 to 3.0 pounds per day.  You won't find a big pile of silage on our place for bull development.  We don’t believe in buying fat bulls, and we don’t like to sell them that way either.

We use ultrasound to measure the carcass quality of our bulls. Their development includes a complete health and vaccination program. We don't have a large volume of bulls to sell, but what we offer is top quality. We only offer bulls that we would be prepared to use on our own commercial cowherd. Simply put, if they aren't good enough for our own cows, they aren't good enough for yours. If you don't keep your heifer calves for replacements, we would be interested in buying back those heifers sired by our bulls. These bulls are sound, functional, and efficient – ready to go to work for you. The bulls will be semen tested. We stand behind our bulls 100%.  Our reputation is our best guarantee.
